Please use the green request reservation button under Parish Calendar:
The 2023 guidelines for scheduling the narthex are as follows:
No scheduling of activity on pastor / liturgical reserved weekends.
Only ministry and organization leaders may reserve weekends.
A maximum of one 2-minute pulpit talks a year per organization/ministry.
Maximum of six-weekend activity opportunities during the calendar year per organization/ministry.
Organizations/ministries submitting requests in the first round will be given preference.
After the initial scheduling of the 2020 round, requests submitted during 2020 must give one month's notice.
If bulletin information is not provided, at least, 2 weeks in advance of your scheduled weekend, you may miss the publishing deadline for the desired weekend. Reminder: deadline for bulletin requests is Monday by 5 pm.
Cancelation of a scheduled date by you should be communicated as soon as you become aware.
No ad hoc, same month requests will be granted.
Only one sales activity per weekend will be allowed.
Guidelines have been in place to bring fairness and equity for all ministries and organizations while maintaining the appropriate liturgical environment at mass, in the narthex, and the portico. It would be inappropriate to approach the clergy prior to mass to ask for a pulpit talk that you did not properly plan.
Bake sale items restricted to baked food only. No drinks, fruit cups, or other items that may spill and cause safety and cleanliness issues.
No cooking or electrical appliances in narthex or portico.
Ministry and organization members are responsible for the appropriate demeanor, dress, and decorum of members in the narthex.
Discourage the consumption of baked goods in the church and narthex. If sold prior to mass, goods should be put in vehicles.
